09 January 2014 A home loan of Rs. 2,80,000/- was taken in 1990 at 15% pa interest could not be repaid in time but subsequenly paid. But LIC filed a suit and now demands 62.00 lacs. What is the remedy or any settlement possible or any consultant can help?
