31 March 2012 Who can be witness for company MOA/AOA. Is it necessary to have a proffesional witness.

31 March 2012 Dear All,

My query is whether i can take a loan of US$ 3,00,000 from my uncle living in Japan for purchase of agricultural land in india. If not whether they can give loan to my Co. & co. will give then loan to its director.

No, it is not mandatory to sign as witness of MOA/AOA, it can be sign by person who has been authorised to witness the same by promoters.

In case of foreign subscriber it will be witness by the embassy of that country where the subscriber resides.

03 April 2012 there is a co. ..incorporated in d year 2007..but since incorporation no formalities regarding roc has been done..co's authorised share capital is 5 lakh nd paid up is rs 1 lac...
in phase 1 co has issued 10,000 shares to both d directors..now wat r d formalities dat a co. is requried to do
