06 October 2017 I am a private vehicle financier providing loan to customers by hire purchase agreement. I want to know whether i can receive the instalments every month in cash or not? I make payment by cheque only.

You can received if less than 10k... But, It's not advisable, So, You ll be receive as Bank payment....
