21 May 2011 Hi, Can a C.A and Advocate create a law firm under LLP and can provide services in taxation, Auditing and financial field etc. to the clients.

21 May 2011 yes......but extra formalities from professional ethics should be kept in mind by the CA members and only signatory power will be to CA....with related to all statutory Audit...but so far as services is concern it can be....but a CA member cannot provide share to Advocate for the work related to CA.....
