A Company was converted into LLP on 20th January, 2017 then what will be its term of financial year and due date of filing annual account and return with MCA? I will be thankful if someone resolve my query. Please reply in urgent basis.

Due date for filing Annual Return -Form 11 - 30/05/2018
Due date of filing annual accounts -Form 8- 30/10/2018
Due date for filing Annual Return -Form 11 - 30/05/2018

With reference to your previous reply, few professionals are saying that for the purpose of MCA filing, financial year should be ended on 31.03.2017 as it is not freshly incorporated LLP and became LLP upon conversion from Private Limited Company. Sir, kindly clarify me
