21 December 2010 My Co. followed f.y as jan - dec till date.
Accordingly, the statement of assets & liab as required to be provided on a half year basis was submitted at the end of sept,2010 quarter (1st half year)

very recently the co extended its f.y to 15 months i.e. the current f.y be Jan,2010 to Mar, 2011.

My concern is which period should be considered as my 2nd half year so that i can attach the st. of assets & liab along with the financial results

As your company's half year un-audited result will be for a period ended on June 30, 2010 and asets and liabilities disclosure will also be given for the same period.

21 December 2010 This is in continuation to my query. theres a typographical mistake..... the statement of assets which was submitted for the 1st half year was at the end of June quarter.

The first declaration was submitted at the end of June, 2010.

which period should be considered as the next half year end when accounts will be prepared for a period of 15 months

21 December 2010 Well am not sure keeping in view the uniqueness of the query.

However i would advice you to simply have a chat with the concerned stock exchange regarding the same to avoid any violation of LA.
