Dear Expert:
if i registered in service tax then we are libale to pay service tax..?, suppose rs 7 laks is my gross receipt in relevant year another can i take the benefit of exemption limit....?

You are liable to pay service tax when the taxable value of service provided crosses Rs 10 Lacs.
