Liable to pay advance tax

08 October 2016 if TDS on salay or other section of TDS ( like 194 C , 194J, 194 i) not deducted by employer and service receiver in that case whether receipent of such amount is liable to pay advance tax please reply this question,

09 October 2016 Dear Anonymous, Nice question. In this case you'll need to take the whole amount into consideration for calculation of advance tax since you're liable to income earned or received by you.

TDs also be deducted and whether double amount not deposited on same amount TDS as well as advance tax, is any lacuna in Law.

09 October 2016 Dear Anonymous, no there is no lacuna in law. for advance tax calculation tds is deducted. non deduction will disallow expenditure to company unless you pay tax and give a CA certificate to that effect. for your tax calculation you'll consider tds then calculate advance tax
