29 April 2014 i work as insurance agent in f.y. 2010-11.
i could not return file of a.y. 2011-12. how can i claim for and TDS RS 15000.
plz help me about let return filing.

29 April 2014 you cannot file the return suo-moto...you need to approach the AO to either issue 142(1) notice or request relevant authority under 119(2) for refund.

29 April 2014 online return can be filed only if 142(1) noice is issued..or 148 notice. otherwise not.
