Less Franking on share certificate & Tranfer deed

27 August 2010 In case of less franking done on Share Certificate and on Transfer deed can we do franking again for the difference amt as date will be different and party involved is non resident also and any other things to be complied?

27 August 2010 In my view, once the document is executed, franking will not be done by the franking authority.

However, the differential amount may be paid by way of adhesive stamps.
