Hi Experts,
Please tell me if LLP has provided legal consultancy services, But there is No lawyer partner in the Firm and in the service tax registration ( ST-2) they don't register for legal consultancy services?
They are registered in Business Auxiliary Services?
My question is, In which Head these services should be Charged ?
Business Auxilary or any other
Pls Suggest.

If you want to go with list of services then you will fall under business auxiliary services. But now one head is available for service tax registration, other than negative list.

it can be cosnsidered in Business management services or not?
Because our CA is suggesting us it is to be fall under Business Management Services.
He suggest us fill first qtr return on Business AuxiLARY Services then amend the ST-2 with business management Services.
Please suggest.?

No you will not be covered under business management services. you will be fall under the BAS because your service is advisory or consultancy service all services will be fall under this category other than all those services.

I have one more query..
This LLP has taken voluntary registration in may 2012, but its turnover is only Rs.5,00,000. Will it come under the exemption of small service provider?

Yes, it will come under SSI exemption limit.

Please specify the section or a notification, which specifically provide that even after registration under service tax you would come under the SSI exemption limit if in a year turnover comes below Rs 10 lakhs
