An employee resigned in mid of 2nd year. LTA will be given to him or not ?

change of employer does not make any difference to claim HRA

It is based on the employment terms, if the LTA included in employee CTC then employer need to pay the unclaimed LTA balance after deducting the TDS while leaving the Job
