07 September 2012 Hi,

Dear Sir,

I want to know that i have file income tax return and i had given ITR V to my client for submission of the same to banglore for the A.Y.2011-12. now i am going to file A.Y.2012-13 and i come to know from online that his ITR V( A.Y.2011-12) has not been received. so What to do? can he send again the same after one year? is there any problem for filing the current A.Y.(2012-13)?

please suggest.

07 September 2012 dear friend!
when the itr v can't received by cpc within 120 dayes or last date declared by cpc, banglore. then cpc canceled your itr, and you cant file your itr through e-file.
in that case you can file your itr MANUAL to your local income tax department as a FRESH ITR not a revised itr.
