Please let me know what is the last date of filing income tax return for AY 2012-13 for company required to file transfer pricing report.
Also are there two different dates for filing ITR and 3CEB?

The due date for filing ITR for AY 2012-13 reporting Transfer Pricing transactions is 30th NOVEMBER.
