One of my Clients was working in a small co without taking appointment letter , He worked there for 2 months , His employer is refusing to pay salary , is there any way to get back salary thru LAW?

If aggrieved person have any kind of document which is show their contention or any kind of supporting evidence like ESIC slip , copy of voucher of payment or job card, employee ID Card or any thing which is shows employment in organization, than u go to the Assistant labour commissioner of ur local area .

If any employer is not disbursed salary to employee within 2th of succeeding month and 10th in the case of wages employee have remedy and intimate to local assistance labor commissioner (ALC)
