Pls tell me about KVAT form 240

what is the last date for submitting the 240 ?

if in case there is nil return in F.Y 13-14 we need to submit form 240 ?

15 March 2015 KVAT form 240 is the VAT audit statement under Karnataka VAT

Last date of filling is 31st December of every year for the previous year

Since VAT audit apply on such turnover base, nil return dealer not covered under this
