21 April 2014 what about when cash is deposited into saving bank a/c more than 10 lacks in a year?

Can Return of income tax submit for income from business activity in above case?

21 April 2014 well you need to submit your tax return on the basis of nature of income earned. if it is business income, file the same..

22 April 2014 if you are deposit the cash rs. 10 lacs or more in a year then bank are sending annual information to income tax office.

now at present income tax deptt are sending notice to saving a/c holder who not file the return and deposit and withdraw cash rs. 10 lcas or more in a year .
