Key persons details as on 'what date' to be provided in ITR

25 September 2010 Dear Friends / Experts,

My basic query is as under :

Query

Particulars of Managing Director, Directors, Secretary and Principal officer(s) who have held the office during the previous year

Whether we need to provide particulars of key persons

- as on 31.03.2010 or
- as on the date of e-filing of return or
- as on the AGM date

Which is the proper way of mentioning in the Form ITR-6 ?

25 September 2010 "Who have held the office during the previous year " means held during anytime during the previous year.

So for the return of AY 2010-11, you have to furnish the details of all directors, MD etc who have held the office anytime during the previous year 2009-10
