can anybody please clarify
Deprication Rate for online & Manual Subscription for law Journals & Magazine (relating to education)if it is educational institute
1)what will be the depriciation rate for online & Manual Subscription for Journals & Magazine
2)If These law journal(relating to education) after one year are made into books and used in library then what will be the rate
3)if we have online subsricption then what will be the rate
4)all the jouranal are renewed every year

it has to be 100% as stipulated for the books under the income tax Act since the online books also becomes obsolete within a short span .under the Income Tax Act depreciation for books & publications is 100%.
