Hello everyone,
M/s. ABC & CO (firm) entered into agreement with M/s. XYZ & CO (firm) for construction of residential flats.
They entered into joint venture and decided to share profits and losses equally.
My question :
How to get their MVAT/service tax regitration ?

A new entity is to be created such as ABCXYZ JOINT VENTURE. In this name you have to take the VAT, CST registration and also PAN & TAN
