20 July 2012 Sir,

A company has two different premises and the goods are sent to another premises for performing job work

Ques:- whether bill is raised by another division for job work?

and if bill is raised then implementation of TDS is or not

20 July 2012 This seems to be like a situation where a Finished product is manufactured in two parts.
First process at Premises-1 and second process at Premises-2.

If company is same then TDS cannot be deducted as one cannot deduct TDS on self.
