We are taking the Work Contract of Aluminium Window Supply and Installation. My query is that If we purchase material and given job processor for job work. Once job work get complete he supply the material directly at our site where we assemble the frame and glass and install on the buildig. Does it comes under excise or not. If yes than who has to take the registration of excise. Secondly can we get the cenvat credit of purchase of raw material. Please explain. if need any further information please do let us know.

Since a new product comes into existence this is surely a case of manufacturing.
Since you assemble it on site you can claim cenvat subject to excise is paid, since it comes under the purview. The registration can be taken by you for excise
