I completed my CA in Nov 08. since then I am running my own academy for CA coaching in jalandhar, Punjab.Right now I am earning around 20000/- per month.but as there are small number of students in jalandhar, I don't see much growth in near future. I am confused whether I should continue or join some MNC. the second option is to start practice with coaching classes. but for that i need to possess practical knowledge, which I don't have much. so dear friends kindly suggest me what i should do and if possible how I should start my practice?

While studying Marketing in the subject Management; we learnt that we should sell our product to the place where there is a demand.
You need to shift yourself to Delhi or other suitable place where enough students are available.
Soon the ICAI will start its own Coaching Facilities ( already declared by ICAI ) for students enrolled at remote areas which the help of VSAT technology.
You should enroll yourself as FACULTY at ICAI. I am sure in future you will easily get the handsome package and honour of professionals as well.
Be engaged in the activities of the your local chapter of the Institute to build your identity.
IT IS ALWAYS BETTER TO BE A PROFESSOR THAN TO BE IN THE PROFESSION.
Very few person enjoy life with profession due to various deadlines.
