22 August 2011 I have completed my three and half years of articleship on 07/04/2011, and now serving extension period. My date of registration was 08/10/2007. My querries are as follows:
1)Do i have to submit the Articleship Completion Form, only after completion of my extension period, which i am serving right now?
2)Which Form do i have to sumbit for Normal Completion of my articleship and which Form for Serving extension period (which i am serving under same Principal)?
3)How much penalty do i have to pay for dealy in submission of my Articleship completion Form under normal circumstances (not under extension period) ?
4)Can i serve my balance extension period under another Principal? If yes, is there any other Form that i have to submit for availing the same?
5)Is there any grave consequences which i have to face from ICAI for delay in submission of Articleship completion Form? Will ICAI terminate my articleship or not consider my articleship at all?

22 August 2011 Yes you have to submit form No. 108 after completion of your extension period. If you fail to submit 108 within one month then I think there is a penalty and on payment of penalty it can be regularised.

Non submission is not in your interest as you will not be issued completion certificate even if you pass the examination it will be with held and no result will be decared
