11 November 2017 Dear Experts
I have filed my return for the A.Y. 2016-17 on 24.03.2017 which is rejected by CPC for due to unsign acknowledgment send. therefore please suggest me now how can I file my ITR against for the same A.Y.

11 November 2017 YES i have first file original return after due date, therefore again original return u/s 139(4) is not allowed

11 November 2017 Take the print out of ITR V sign it and send it to CPC as originally filed return is valid now.

11 November 2017 sir 120 days bit chuke hai, then cpc will not accept itr v

11 November 2017 Your ITR filed is valid now not rejected so send ITR V if it's rejected you can file return again.

12 November 2017 You have to do the following :1) E-verify the return now. 2) Send a signed copy of ITR to Bangalore. If the same is rejected on the basis of 120 days time line, the return will be declared invalid and then you will be able to file your ITR again online. 3) Raise a request for condonation from the efiling portal and then send the ITR to Bangalore and then it may either be accepted or rejected. If rejected then follow step 2. In my opinion the best option is e-verifying your ITR. Hope that this solves your problem ....
