17 December 2014 Hi, I have filled my ITR of FY 13-14 (AY 14-15) on 28th July 2014 (Before Due Date)but I am unable to send ITR V within 120 days. My ITR V received on 26th Nov'2014 and now status on Incometaxindia website is "ITR V Received after due date". This is a refund case. Request you to tell me alternate procedure in this regard to get my refund.

17 December 2014 You can file the return once again and try to send the acknowledgement within 120 days.

17 December 2014 Your earlier filed return is invalid. File now a belated return again and send ITR V within due date to get refund.

17 December 2014 It will be considered as na invalid return.
New return should be filed to claim the refund.

ITR V within 120 days.

17 December 2014 Thanks for your reply. Should I file a belated return or revised return and what would be the tax refund status in case of belated return or revised return.
