Itr v not sent in 120 days

The return for A.Y. 15-16 needs to be filed again as ITR -V was not sent. Now, while preparing the return i will have to choose the category as 'Original' or Revised'??

You have to choose category 'Original', because until Acknowledgement (ITR-V) is received by department return is not considered as filed and when return is not filed how can it be revised.
