02 September 2011 DEAR SIR,
ONE OF MY ASSESSEE ITR-V NOT SENT TO BANGALORE FOR THE A.Y.10-11. HE IS LIABLE TO AUDIT.
His returnrd ITR-4 filed on time(25-sep-2010) but his ITR-V not sent .
Please suggest the possible ways.

02 September 2011 Send the ITR-V to CPC banglore as soon as possible by speed post.
And Contact CPC Bangalore

Provide me the PAN number and Acknowledgment number of ITR for getting more details of it.

02 September 2011 The extended last date of sending ITR V for the assessment year 2010-11 was July 31,2011. Hence the return e-filed on 25/09/2010 will be treated as a 'return not filed'.

The due date for submission of ITR-V for A.Y. 2010-11 has been extended upto 31.10.2011 or 120 days from the date of upload whichever is later.
