10 March 2011 If ITR V(without DSC) is not submitted to CPC Bangalore within the specified period.
which of the following option is more suitable.

1) To file a belated Return before 31/03/2011(Panalty may be imposed u/s 271F Rs.5000)

or

2 )To file an Revised Return before 31/03/2011

Date of filing 27/07/2009

due date:31/12/2010.( i.e specified period)

10 March 2011 Since ITR V is not forwarded to CPC, B'lore with in the stipulated time of electronically furnishing the data, such return will be treated as not being filed. In view of that, option (1) seems to be the way out.
