24 March 2014 Kisi govt. employs me A.Y.12-13 ka itr file nahi kiya aj tk ..or nahi A.Y.13-14 to ye itr file kr sakta he before 31/3/14 . or koi penalty lagegi ya nahi

24 March 2014 He can file return for AY 12-13 also till march 31, 2014 without penalty for which his gross total income should not be more than Rs. 1,80,000/- (taxable slab for AY 12-13) and definitely for AY 13-14 till march 14 without any penalty but if tax is payable interest will be levied.
