WHICH ITR SHOULD I FILED WITH INCOME FROM SALARY AND INTEREST AND EXEMPT INCOME FROM LTCG U/S 10(38)? AS IN ITR 1 EXEMPT INCOME COLUMN SHOW ONLY DIVIDEN AND AGRICULTURE INCOME < 5000. ONLY.

ITR 3 should be used.

I would suggest you to use form ITR 2 rather than ITR 3 as it is for a person who is partner in a firm. Please use ITR 2.
