You can file online ITR for AY 2014-15 upto 31.03.2016 subject to a maximum penalty of Rs 5000/- u/s 271F.
For AY 2013-14 if refund is involved you need to invoke section 119(2)(b) i.e., request for condonation of delay in filing of Return.
If no refund involved you can submit manual return in your Jurisdictional AO Office.
