01 August 2024 Sir i am filing my ITR 1 and it got validated but failed to verification.. showing error of bank account details not found... Even i have checked my accounts multiple times... Please help and guide me

01 August 2024 You need to add the bank account & validate it, in your profile, after login.

01 August 2024 Sir i did the same process many times... But still show that error... I am trying this again and again but still not verified.. actually the error is showing *ITR1 refund req key. (Bank account details not found) Please contact your developer utility with the error key* .. please help me

01 August 2024 Are you filing it with departmental utility?
If yes. are you using utility (version 1.1.5) (105 MB)
Date of release of latest version of utility 01-Aug-2024??

02 August 2024 OK. After login to efiling site. file the ITR online.
