you can file online, but still the ITR forms yet to be released, so you have to wait till that time to file either online or manual

ITR has been notified utilities are expected to be available shortly. So wait for utilities to be released.
CBDT has notified ITR 1, ITR 2 & ITR 4S for AY 201516 and amended Rule 12. For AY 201516, ITR 1, ITR 2 & ITR 4S where returned income is greater than 5 Lakhs or where Refund is claimed (except where the person is 80 years or more and filing ITR 1 or 2) and ITR 3, ITR 4, ITR 5, ITR 6 & ITR 7 are mandatorily required to be eFiled. EVC (Electronic Verification Code) has been included as a mode for verification of eFiled return. Departmental utilities shall be made available shortly. UPDATE:
A New Form ITR 2A Proposed which can be Filed by an Individual or HUF who does not have Capital Gains, Income from Business/Profession or Foreign Asset/Foreign Income; In Form ITR 2 and the New Form ITR 2A, the Main Form will not Contain more than 3 Pages, and other Information will be Captured in the Schedules which will be Required to be filled only if applicable;
As the Software for these Forms is under Preparation, they are likely to be available for e-filing by 3rd week of june 2015;Time Limit for Filing these Returns is also Proposed to be Extended up to 31.08.2015.
