I HAVE FILED A RETURN IN THE NAME OF MR. X (NAME OF THE ASSESSEE). BUT AFTER FILING THE RETURN, HE SAYS THAT HIS NAME IS MR X KUMAR. DO I HAVE TO REVISE THE RETURN? PLEASE HELP ITS URGENT..

yes u need to file revised return, and check the proper name of assessee on pan card
