03 October 2021 One of my friend not submitted ITR in AY 2020-21 FY 2019-20. He is doing business for supply labours in the factory. But submitted ITR for AY 2021-22. What to do now? Pls advise

03 October 2021 As such date of filing return for AY 2020-21 is over.
In case he has any refund to claim, he can request for condonation for late filing of return with his ITO, and can get the permission to file the return u/s. 119(2)(b) of the act.
