please tell me ...,suppose ITR of FY 09-10 is not filed due to any reason then whether the credit of TDS of FY 09-10 can be availed while filing of ITR for FY 10-11......if not..,then first we have to file ITR for FY 09-10 with interest and then of FY 10-11.

Separate return has to be filed for claiming tds credit for each year.
