06 December 2008 is there any relation in agm date and filling of return of income tax date. what will happen if we dont filled upto due date.

06 December 2008 Normally income tax returns are filed after the accounts are adopted in the AGM. If the accounts are not adopted in the AGM,and if the company so decides,IT returns will be filed with available details and subsequently revised IT returns will be filed with AGM approved financial statements.
