Hi Friends,
My friend sells property on commission basis. all though he opened his office but he is working like a agent between seller and purchaser. Now he is filling his ITR 4s. so he wants to know what nature of business he needs to mention in that ITR.

Commission agent can't opt for 44AD hence ITR 4S form not applicable for him.
