Dear Sir,
An assesse having laundry business i.e. washing, cleaning, drying of clothes. Can he file ITR- 4S or he has to file ITR- 4 and what will be the nature of business as per Income Tax and which code for nature of business is applicable. Please suggest as early as possible.

Yes you can opt ITR-4S declaring more than 8% on turnover as profit.
