12 July 2015 Yes it's too late but due date has also been extended from 31.07.2015 to 31.08.2015. (Non Tax Audit cases). Due Date of Tax Audit cases is also expected to be extended.

So you need to wait. Keep checking the website.

ITR3, ITR4, ITR5, ITR6, ITR7 has been notified by CBDT vide NOTIFICATION NO. 61/2015, Dated: July 29, 2015.
