How to file itr 4 online for a/y 2015-16

ITR4 yet to be notified and excel utility yet to be released. So wait for ITR4 to get notified and ITR Excel utility.

ITR3, ITR4, ITR5, ITR6, ITR7 has been notified by CBDT vide NOTIFICATION NO. 61/2015, Dated: July 29, 2015.
