I would like to know how to check income tax ward/circle for the last year F.Y. 2013-14 when assesse has moved from past residence city in F.Y. 2014-15

20 March 2015 after log in to income tax india homepage on left side u can see a tab named" know your juridictional AO"

20 March 2015 Dear Sir

I would like to know that my client was lived in Faridabad for the F.y. 2013-14 but old address is show in Jurisdiction A.O. for Jaipur and Ward Cercle is JPR. I have updated profile setting with faridabad address but old address is also show in Jurisdiction . You are requested to clear that in ITR4 which ward/ cercle will given.

Check out your jurisdiction from link given above. Even if you dont mention your jurisdiction the the same will be automatically be captured and will be printed in your ITR V. Change of address in profile will not result in change of jurisdiction. Change of jurisdiction is a different process altogether and involve transfer of entire record of assessee from old to new jurisdiction.
