sir, itr return of a.y 2012-13 filed online as on 3.3.2015. i know not processing of this itr. my
querie is can any problem create by income tax department why itr file on 3.3.2015

last date for filling itr for ay 12-13 was 31.3.2014 as per sec 139(5).

Tushar Ji Question over here is will there be any problem since the return of AY 2012-13 was filed on 03.03.2015 even though last date was 31.03.2014. Further, 31.03.2014 was last date to file return was u/s 139(4) and not u/s 139(5) (I hope you accept the error and dont just modify the above answer).
Now coming to question. I dont think there will be an issue if the Income was below exemption limit and you were not required to file return u/s 139(1), but if you were required to file return u/s 139(1) then a penalty of Rs 5000/- may be levied by you u/s 271F and a notice may be issued by the department.

firstly he has not stated anythign about the income amount....yes it was by mistake typed as 139(5) instead of 139(4).
