My son takes tuition classes and he earned 12,000 per month. But he does not have any salary certificate. Now he wants to purchase a land from a govt body and for this purpose he needs to submit a copy of ITR 2013-14.
Can he is capable to file NIl ITR without having any income certificate?

For filling Income from Salary. you should have the employment some where. since this is tuition fees, it will be treated as Income from profession.
You can file the income tax return.as Nil Tax showing that tuition income

In addition to opinion of learned expert. You need to file the Income Tax Return using ITR4 since it is income from profession.
