we moved the return of fu 2012-13 and now i want to fill return and pls tell me the penalty for the same

Return of FY 2012-13 i.e., AY 2013-14 can be filed upto 31.03.2015 A penalty u/s 271F may be levied by AO. Maximum penalty is Rs 5000/-.
