I have Salaried as well as business income.If i merge both,Total income will not come under Tax net.However i would like to file my return.for the said purpose which ITR i use ? Both the income are almost equal.

Fill up ITR 4 all provisions can be taken care of. If you fail to file then catch a C.A. or Tax Practitioner of Tax Prepare.
