Dear sir,
1,is this the right hs code for memory cards in india ?
2.lots and lots of people in kolkata are selling memory cards in Kolkata bringing from china but there is no records ,do they bring illegally?
3.My brother is in china he will purchase the memory cards for me then after packing and invoicing he will send it to me,if he buys the product say for 100 rs,he said he will send invoice value at 50rs and 50 rs as his comission is it correct or will the custom charge on both price and commission,and if i send the payment how much i will send?
4.after import is complete do i hav to file any details to dgft?
5.do i need to pay sales tax or VAT on it to the state of west bengal?
