19 June 2024 Login to Income tax site and click on My profile and update proprietor's details, choose status like Resident, etc.
Click on Key Person Details and update details of Key persons with proper format of Phone number and address should not have special characters like & or # in address and save it.
Check these details in the utility's Schedule 'General' Rectify if required.
After this logout & restart the utility, verify the return again.
Mostly the problem should get resolve. If error persist, file grievance on helpdesk; quote error number ITD-EXEC2003 with screenshot.
