Can be claim input tax credit in UPVAT on office furniture purchased for use in business. If so, how

You have to go through UP VAT Act is the Act is varies from state to state for Eg Tamlinadu allows to take input credit on fixed asset equally for 36 Months Maharastrha allows to take it in the acquisition period itself.
